<p>I'm a new Soph and want to pledge ASAP. My previous school had fall rush but which Penn Frats have fall rush??? I'm def interested in Pi Kappa Alpha (do they have Fall rush?) Also as of today, what are the best overall (party, bros, richness) rankings of frats? I just want to join a frat ASAP because I don't know anyone at Penn and am a frat broie.</p>
