I was wondering, one of my classmates is applying to Yale SCEA and took the SAT 3 times. Yale says that they need all your scores, but he only sent his best one. He says that the admin will never find out. Is this true?

Well, nobody for sure knows how Collegeboard works. But the consensus seems to be that colleges will not know if an applicant used Score Choice. In all likelihood, he will get away with it. But if you need to lie to a college to get in, there is a problem. And he will have to live with the fear of the college finding out for his life. Say they do find out while he’s there, Yale can (and probably will) call him in and question his integrity. He can even get kicked out for lying on his application. Anyways, 10 bucks says he is going to get rejected. Such ******baggery tends to show up in the application itself. Besides, I doubt he would get in if his scores are so bad that he needs to lie to hide them up.
