Fred Phelps and the WBC are going to protest the Virginia Tech funerals!

<p>Fred Phelps and WBC (Westboro Baptist Church) are planning to protest as many of the funerals of the Virginia Tech Massacre victims as they can.</p>

<p>Background: The wbc is a cult run by Fred Phelps..he claims they are a religous group but truth of the matter is they are a cult. They've gone to 9-11 victims funerals and preached their agenda there, they go to dead soldiers funerals from the war in Iraq, they picket and preach everywhere they can. They preach that god hates gays because they are sinners and they do anything in their power to get their word out..</p>

<p>This is what they announced: "WBC to Preach at Funerals of Virginia Tech Dead </p>

<p>WBC will preach at the funerals of the Virginia Tech students killed on campus during a shooting rampage April 16, 2007. You describe this as monumental horror, but you know nothing of horror -- yet. Your bloody tyrant Bush says he is 'horrified' by it all. You know nothing of horror -- yet. Your true horror is coming. "They shall also gird themselves with sackloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads" (Eze. 7:18). </p>

<p>Why did this happen, you ask? It's simple. Your military chose to shoot at the servants of God today, and all they got for their effort was terror. Then, the LORD your God sent a crazed madman to shoot at your children. Was God asleep while this took place? Was He on vacation? Of course not. He willed this to happen to punish you for assailing His servants."</p>

<p>This is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I seriously can't believe that this is happening. I would get insanely mad if I knew a VT person and this happened at their funeral. </p>

<p>WOW..... this guy must be thrown in jail and the rest of his crazy cult. I am a firm believer in freedom of speech... but this is crossing the line.</p>

<p>Yeah I hate how jehovah's witnesses come and like preach at your door. Live and let live. Why can't christians just accept that some people choose to be atheist, buddhist, whatever, and just live with it? I don't go to christian people's houses and preach atheism, neither do I go preach atheism in front of churches.</p>
