<p>Its through the Overnight Host Program.
They invite 800 students from low funded schools or that have high financial need to be able to fly them out to visit the campus. It is intended for students that would not have the means the visit otherwise. You have to be offered/invited through your “my messages” on your berkeley portal.</p>
