Free score reports -- why isn't it working?

<p>Ds took the June 6 SAT. According to the CB, he has until this Monday to change score recipients, but when he tries to add the colleges for the four free score recipients, it's still charging him. He went as far as the point where it asks for credit card info. What is he doing wrong?</p>

<p>Also, he took the January SAT, and about three hours after registering him, I went back to add the four schools. All went well, I thought, but after the got his scores back it showed that no scores were sent. I'm starting to think we are the ones doing something wrong. What is it?</p>

<p>You need to click at the right place for the free scores. Right next to the Test Date in the MY SAT page, you need to click the “Update Score Recipients” next to the test date in question to get to the free scores report. Don’t click on the “Send Score Reports” at the top.</p>

<p>FYI, it doesn’t say “Update Score Reports” next to his test date (maybe because he never “sent” any so there was nothing to update???), so I just called this a.m. and the woman was very helpful and did it for us. She was even able to tell me which schools required all test scores and which didn’t.</p>
