<p>Ahh, I wasn’t aware that so many on the list were. Also, the Webb Institute only has about 80 students currently enrolled, so there’s also that.</p>

<p>If you are a high scoring student, I think University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa has the best program. Automatic full tuition scholarships for top kids. Out of state too.</p>

<p>Macaulay Honors Program of the CUNY(City University of New York) system offers free tuition, a free laptop, internship opportunities and a $7500 stipend to study abroad or do research or an internship; however, the free tuition is only available for NY State residents who are admitted.</p>
