<p>sunmachine, I hope you get lucky and hear from someone with direct knowledge about French studies at CC. In case you don’t (it’s not a hugely popular major at most schools these days), the admissions people should be able to put you in touch with a French student or faculty member. If you are like my son after he was accepted, you probably are (or soon will be) getting phone calls from students or alumni anyway. I would think admissions would be more than happy to help match you up to someone with first-hand knowledge.</p>
