I'm not sure how I can do both?
The classes aren't directly related, and to top it off, I'm not sure which ones to take for the fall quarter?
What is recommended?

Has anyone done both a language major while staying on the pre-med track?
Thanks!

It’s definitely possible, because usually a language major has fewer unit requirements than, say, a biology major, and there is enough wiggle room to do the pre-med requirements, especially if you possibly do physics over summer sessions. However, if you plan on actually doing all of the pre-med requirements during your undergrad years, it may turn out that you can easily fulfill a biology major, and pick up a french minor instead of the major. Don’t cord yourself off to other options. My advice to you is to talk to the advisors at your school and try to develop a 4-year plan if you really want to seriously undertake the french major + pre-med requirements. Good luck!
