French SAT Subject Test

I am in French IV H, and next year I’ll be a senior taking French V H. I need to take some subject tests, but I’m not sure when or which ones. I am considering taking the French SAT Subject Test (possibly with listening). The practice test on the SAT site is fairly easy, but I have read elsewhere that the test is hard. Opinions?

I know the format of the test, but I don’t know what exactly I should be studying. Does anyone happen where I could find out what topics are tested on the test?

Also, what are the best books to prepare? At this point, I don’t want a bunch of practice tests. What I need right now is something more like a study guide with vocabulary and in depth-grammar reviews.

Thanks!!

The French subject test is a A2 level, or 2 years. Therefore, you are fully prepared for it.

I’m thinking of taking the French SAT w/o listening sometime later this year, possibly in October. Any suggestions of good review books?

Just look for practice questions. It is not like a review book can teach you French
