Freshman Dorm Selection???

<p>Can anyone provide any insight on which freshman dorm is ideal for incoming Class of 2018 at Columbia?
I saw where there is not an AC in the rooms of one of the dorms...is that really a factor? </p>

<p>Help and any advice is good...single over dbl's - most modern preferred etc. - ?</p>

<p>Look at the spectator, bwog and wiki Columbia. There are reviews updates on renovations and floor plans. Even columbia housing website has this info photos and floorplans. </p>
