Sorry, I have to ask again - What's the difference between a suite and a double?

The only dorm with suites on East is Wilson. Don't let the word suite throw you; they are just doubles with a small twist. Usually the double rooms line a long hallway that goes across the whole dorm (which is what you might imagine). Wilson is different in that they have small seperate hallways that lie parallel to the main hallway, which has no rooms. These "mini-hallways" which have like 3-4 rooms (I don't know exactly as I don't live there) each become the "suites" you're wondering about. The other thing is that these suites have one bathroom for like the 6 or 8 of the people, which they must clean themselves apparently.

Thanks for the info!

I'm nervous...I wish they had a better matching system.

mboyle1988, a lot of us were thinking the same thing.
If you have a facebook, there are groups specifically made to help find you a good match.

For guys: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2264710808
For girls: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2265945094

The matching system generally works okay for guys. Girls tend to have more trouble, I think because they tend to interact more with their roommates.

My roommates and I my freshman year had a very professional relationship: we lived in the same space, made sure to keep it clean, etc. But we weren't really "friends" per se. That worked out really, really just about perfectly for us.
