I have two issues:
1. I've just finished working out my freshman schedule and it seems pretty lax compared to a lot of the potential schedules I've seen.
I'm scheduled for: ECON 1110 - Intro to Microeconomics [3]
GOVT 1817 - Intro to International Relations [4]
ILROB 1220 - Intro to Organizational Behavior [3]
MATH 1120 - Calculus II [4]
PE 1430 - Yoga [1]
ILRID 1500 - ILR Colloquium [1]
It all adds up to 16 credits, but only 14 will count towards my gpa. The colloquium only lasts for one month and we meet once a week. Does PE count toward the 18 credit limit? Also, would it be a good idea to add another class to my schedule or would that make it too hectic?
2. This is completely random but is it allowed or advisable to have an electric kettle in the dorm?

Looks like a decent schedule. Adding a class and then getting a feel for it is also a good idea. I don’t know about the ILR Colloquium, but PE doesn’t count towards the 18-cred limit.

Yes an electric kettle is a good idea and allowed (I used one).

^PE does not count for the maximum academic credit limit, but studentcenter will still stop you from signing up for PE if you’re already at 18. Go to Teagle Hall directly and have them sign up for you if this is your situation

You’ll add an FWS on top of this right?

^Yep, that’s what I was considering.
