Freshman spring transfer to NYU

So I’m an incoming freshman at my university and I’m majoring in biology. I want to transfer though to NYU College of Arts and Sciences in the spring of 2019. I read on their website that they accept spring transfers. But do they accept freshman spring transfers to CAS?

Side note: I will have taken 14 credits by the end of this first semester.

All I know is that CAS is one of the hardest schools to transfer into.
