Did freshman orientation do a good job at orienting new students into the school?
What size are your classes, largest-smallest-average?
Are most classes discussion based or lecture based?
Thanks

Orientation was a blast! Not only were we oriented with fellow new students at CMC, but also the entire 5-C community because there are night time activities for all 5 colleges (luau, carnival, etc.) There's also a lot of other activities that really bond you and your class together. It's pretty awesome.

I only have 3 classes now because I dropped multi-v calc, which I was taking at Pomona. None of my classes are over 19. It's pretty awesome. I think all my 3 classes are somewhere between 17-19.

Most of my classes are lecture based.. but there is definitely no rule hindering the students from speaking out. It's just that the prof does most of the talking and when you want to chime in you have every opportunity to do so.

GOOD questions lol.
