OK, I have been looking at dorms at Brown and I really, really want to try and get Andrews Hall. I am just curious if anybody knows specific things to ask for in the housing questionnaire that will get you placed in Andrews Hall. Any help would be great!!! :D

There was once a sub free floor in East Andrews, but that might not be the case next year. From what I’ve heard, requesting sub-free or quiet will most likely land you in Perkins, which could be a good/bad thing, depending on how you look at it.

Requesting sub-free or quiet will NOT most likely put you in Perkins. The majority of sub-free floors, at least, are not in Perkins - there are ones in Champlin, Morris, and a bunch of other places.

Basically, there’s no way you can make sure you get placed anywhere. Just calm down about housing - it’s all the same in the end. Doesn’t matter where you live. You’ll have slightly different experiences, but that’s just part of being in college. I can think of good things about every single dorm at Brown.
