Although this is a new program, is anyone deciding to apply to this program? If so, what made you decide to apply?
i’m probably going to apply - i want to get some letters and sciences breadth requirements out of the way without having to work my schedule around them

Freshman Edge is not new. It is basically part of the usual summer session offerings. Many courses are available: http://summer.berkeley.edu/special-programs/freshman .
Yep I did. It helps you so much to lessen the burden of the fall semester and also get more familair with the environment . Also I’m International, it would really help me to fit this way. 
does anyone successful enroll the program? I tried online through Freshman Edge application form page, key in my student ID, and got error: “you did not have the needed checklist item and status in myBerkeley profile.” Called school, always asked me to leave the message. Sent email, no response. Any help on this ?
