<p>I live in a Unit 2 triple and my roommates and I have decided to get a mini fridge and a microwave. Any suggestions on what brand/model (that has a freezer) to get and where to get a good deal? We decided not to rent since it'll cost less to buy. Also, does anyone have suggestions on where to put the fridge? Right now, we've been talking about putting the fridge in the closet because that's the only place that is close to an outlet and has room.</p>
<p>Refrigerators, especially smaller ones, are just a commodity these days. They are all comparable. Just go to the store and pick one you like. Make sure it’s “frost-free,” however. Manual defrost is a PITA.</p>
<p>Closet, or any enclosed place, is bad for refrigerator. The heat from the refrigerator needs somewhere to dissipate to.</p>
