so all the early decisions came in for every other school and the phone calls have been made and parties have been planned ( and tears have been shed...rejected..deffered)

and WE all have 3 months 16 days before we find out....

how nerve wracking is this...please tell me it's not just me freaking out all over the place =(

Don't worry about it. I was rejected from my first choice school, so now I NEED to get into my new #1 (USC)!

I did plan a party; it's a "Burn Your Rejection Letter" party! It's for all us cool people who are just too good to go to some loser school like Harvard! hahah

I had that burn your rejection letter party.. in some construction place in middle of the night with my best friend. Those glossy pages don't burn too well, i tell you (i also burned all the books btw haha) I was afraid somebody was going to call the fire department because of all the smoke though. it was much fun.

two of my very good friends applied to stanford. on friday, i got a call from one who was accepted and right after i got off the phone i got a call from the other who was rejected. now the one who got rejected is looking to usc as her number one. finally, she gets some common sense.

yea...i dint apply early anywhere....i wldve to USC but unfortunately they dont have it. there were abt 9 people who applied to columbia frm my school only 1 got in...but the 3 that applied to Harvard got in. admissions has just gotten so subjective, all of those students were totally qualifiied but i guess no there's not even a 50% guarantee...

krys & cowtipper - thts hilarious...totally reccomending the burn your rejection letter party to some of my friends :p

haha...
yeah I applied SCEA to Stanford... got rejected... and so now USC is one of my first choices
but I can't bring myself to burn the Stanford letter/books... they're just too pretty (sad, I know)... plus I've wanted to go there since I was 8 so burning them would be like burning a part of myself...
there's always grad school there.. which would work really well if I go to USC for undergrad ;) lol
