From CC to UC.. BIO major in need of serious advice

Hello to all, I'm a Biology major geared towards medical school.... my stats are a 3.52gpa overall, im currently at my local community college in californias beautiful central coast... just about getting ready to transfer..
ive got all my bio, eng physics, calc and humanities required.... all my core classes with A's

Look to transfer to UC Berkeley, UC Los Angeles and UC Santa Barbara as top choices, might seem like a long shot but maybe my extracurriculars might help...

my background is that im a male hispanic 20 years of age..... during all of high school i was a C avg student barely graduating... my family has been running a landscaping business for the past 30 years so for the past 15+ years my life has been extremely orientated around work... which i would say why my grades from highschool arent as great and same for my cc grades... my family has a strong belief that i being a 6ft 215lb full grown man shouldnt be wasting my time in school but instead helping out the family with the business more often.... i have been working about 7 days a week 30-50hrs a week as a full time student for many years now, much of which free work (i display this information in hopes of receiving some feed back as to if i should mention this in any school applications)

My extracurricular activities:
-lions Club International 4 years as an active member, fundraising chair
(everyone in this club is atleast 40, they have an age limit and consider me the exception... really outstanding people...
formed a scholarship fund for my CC from within the club..
BBQ's, scholarship funds, local annual celebrations like carnivals parades...anything the community is doing, we are a part of, all to generate profit and lend a hand to benefit our community.
-4 CC honor society clubs
-800+ hours volunteer work at a local hospital in surgery, prenatal, and dealing with visiting public
-2 paid summer research internships @ Cal Poly SLO
-2 summer long terms as participant in a math academy for UCSB
- 3 years of a HS club in engineering and architechture aquiring skills in programs like cad and rhino.. running CNC machines
-Church related volunteer work

One great advantage from my work is the privileged of forming relationships with multiple influential people of my town, mainly due to the fact my family and I either are currently working for them or have done work for them at either their offices, homes rental properties, ect.... long story short, I have from Doctors, dentist, lawyers, city council, judges, real estate agents, Business owners, high ranking military, ect.. to write letters of recommendation.

My dream in life is to attend medical school and specialize in anesthesiology.... my love is people and as my parents raised me with the belief of " Si no vives para sirvir, no sirves para vivir".... meaning if you dont live to serve, your not very worthy of living

whatever tips, advice, criticism you may have... i need everything i can get

No suggestions–just wishing you continued success in your endeavor!

(BTW, it’s waaaaayyyyy too soon to be picking out a specialty. Even med students who enter “100% sure” of their interests end up changing their minds.

And I’m not sure how useful any character-reference type LORs from community members will be during the med school application process. Most medical schools have specific requirements for LORs–they need to be from science/math and humanities professors. Typically 2 from BCMP; one from non-science. Some schools will not even read LORs beyond the base number they request. So when applying be sure to CAREFULLY read each school’s requirements.)
