does anyone know if my CURRENT GPA at UCR transferrable courses to CC will be transferred to my CC this fall?

or is there some other GPA process im not aware of..?

it says on UCB's transfer website:

CORRECTION: In the Transfer Admission flier, under Academic Program Information/College of Letters and Science (on the second page), the text should read: Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 UC-transferable GPA (recalculated and based upon grades in UC-transferable courses taken by the end of the fall term prior to admission). We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

so does this mean my GPA at UCR will be transferred to CC, and I have about only the FALL SEMESTER OF CC to bring it up to a 3.0

does anyone know the truth - does it really matter what CC you go to? One of the local colleges here that's just a little farther has a much higher transfer rate to Berkeley than the closer one . What do you guys think ?
