FSU looks like they are headed to play Kentucky in Nashville, New years Eve.

What's fottball?

oops...football

Uh oh. My mother is now going to face the difficult choice of pulling for her grand D's FSU or her home state KY. We'll bring her 'round!

Go NOLES! (at least we got a bowl. I feel sorry for Miami)

Sheesh. Lately the 'Noles have been playing fottball instead of football...

Hopefully next year...

E.J. Manual = The Savior

In due time my Noles, in due time...

A couple Jimbo/Trickett players here and there... ;)

does weatherford come back for one more season? Can manual step in as a freshman? is he that good?

The problem is less with the quarterback than other areas...like tackling, for example. No quarterback can do much without a solid offensive line and reliable receivers.

I couldn't agree more, P2N!!!

I know we've slimmed down our lines and made them both "faster" and "healthier", but we've also lost that domination that once made our defense feared and our offense, at the very least, able to pass efficiently.

This leaner/sleaker lineman stuff may not be working out for us like the trainers envisioned. Also, how are these guys (the ones who have a chance of moving to the NFL) going to compete with the bruisers in that league?

I don't want our guys to be unhealthy and I like that the lineman don't all wear knee braces now (obviously a good thing), but I yearn for those days of fun and gun...

Weatherford did as good a job as he could with the bad protection he had this year. Hopefully we'll learn something between now and next season :-)

Either way - GO NOLES!

The difference between the 'Noles and the Gators this year was not so much talent as it was confidence and attitude. That will change...

The recruiting ploy against FSU fior a long time has been "Bobby Bowden is old". Now, with Jimbo as coach-in-waiting under Bobby recruits can see exactly who they will play for when Bobby retires. FSU has nailed this one. :)

It will be a tough game today, but I have a feeling the Noles will rise to the occasion. Next years recruiting class is really shaping up very well.

Go Noles!

what a joke of a bowl game, OFFICIATING WAS TOTAL BULL, ONE SIDE REFs, did you see that touchdown, pass interference, omg i was pulling my hair out, the refs made crappy calls on both sides, but the calls they made against FSU cost us the game. Thats how games are tho, it just urks me that ppl cant truly enjoy a football game because the retarded refs cant do their job correctly. Im proud of the FSU players, they played their heart out even with 50% 1st string players out, and playing in essentially a home game for kentucky, GO NOLES NEXt YEAR IS DOMINATION OMGGGG!!!!!!! YUSS!!!

I think the boys played a great game all things considered! Regardless of the scoreboard, they were all winners!

with the second year of the coaching staff in place next year combined with the 4th best recruiting class in the country coming in, the noles should be much improved next year.

i thought the ref's were terrible, but that's the way it goes. i thought they played really well considering their situation, especialy the young offensive line.

it looks like the Noles are on the verge of returning....

I like the way they played - with intensity and desire. The officials were pretty poor in their calls.
