Even GW’s Tuition Stabilization Plan, I think that is the name, only covers tuition rates, not annual increases in room and board. Look at these comparisons:</p>

<p>Personally, I would up the total by at least $3,000 if you want to be realistic. D is a junior. Housing is a minimum of $11,050 for upper classman on campus…off campus depends on how much you want to sacrifice in terms of distance from campus, etc.</p>
<p>according to my estimated financial aid package, the total cost is $59000. But, I know it varies because depending on your dorm and # of roomates, housing can cost between like 11 and 14 grand or something like that.</p>
