<p>I've also tried to find info about this schol. My S is going to A&M in the fall and was notified that he is a President's Endowed Scholar and about all their NM scholarships (very confusing) since he is a Finalist. I think the Galen T Brown is a full ride, but I don't know if there is another app involved.</p>

<p>Recipients of President's Endowed and Lechner/McFadden Scholarships may be eligible for nomination to the Galen T. Brown and Terry Foundations for supplemental scholarship awards.</p>

<p>Galen T. Brown Foundation Scholarships were established by the Galen T. Brown Foundation to recognize students "who in addition to outstanding performance in the classroom have exhibited exceptional ability inextracurricular school activities and in family, community, and church activities."
Terms: To continue receiving money through a Galen T. Brown Foundation Scholarship the student must make academic progress in accordance with the Galen T. Brown Foundation Guidelines (currently a 3.0 cumulative GPR).</p>

This is txmom's D, by the way. Anothertxmom- what city are yall from? I'm a PES and NMFinalist too! Do you know if there is another Lechner Express-ish overnight thing or if the fall ones were my only opportunity to stay in a dorm. I know there's Aggie Saturday etc., but still...</p>
