Gallatin vs CAS admissions

<p>I was just wondering how much harder it is to get into Gallatin compared to CAS. I know they focus more on your essays, which I think mine are pretty strong, but I still feel like they don't really show that I am "unique" like all the Gallatin kids tend to be. </p>

<p>I know CAS tends to look more at scores and such, so I was just wondering how much more difficult it would be to get into Gallatin...</p>

<p>Are there released percentages of admissions for each school? Or any estimates?</p>

<p>Apply to Gallatin if you feel like their type of program is what you want to do. Explain why you want to design your own major in your essays and why nowhere else offers this.</p>

<p>If none of the above apply to you, then apply to CAS. The “easier to get into” school is all based on where you belong and what your interests are, as that’s how admissions works.</p>
