<p>Can anyone comment on this apartment complex as to whether they would consider it. Is it in a good area? Is shuttle reliable? Etc</p>
<p>As a parent, as a location I like this better than down by stadium, but unless you are sure about how shuttles run, it’s really too far to walk, so I think you’d need a car. Close to riverwalk ampitheater and access to riverwalk trails which are nice.</p>
<p>The fact that utilities mostly included and apt furnished big bonus…certainly easier for out of towners. Not sure how cost compares…</p>

<p>My cousin lives there now and she likes it. But she also said that the shuttle is not that reliable so I think you might want a car if you live there.</p>
<p>There are several housing options that are not official USC dorms, but still are in the immediate campus areas. For people concerned about transportation issues, it may be worth paying a few extra bucks to live where you can walk to class. Even the more expensive apartments are often price competitive with apartment style dorms.</p>
