<p>I’m a finalist, but I’m not Pell Grant eligible (according to my SAR on my FAFSA). Is it still possible to win the scholarship, or am I automatically disqualified?</p>

the mail came today in (actually) a small, normal sized envelope. The forms and such were folded (neatly, to add to the description) and there was like 3 different papers? One was the acceptance, one was the commonly asked questions, and another was the gpa verification form</p>

<p>the form is just a very simple form, just asking basic information like name, house address, school address, etc. and like the gpa verification (either to get from counselor, teacher etc)</p>

<p>when i called GMS, it says “your ID reg number and your SSN is not in our record” but i completed all of my stuff and they even sent me an email saying they have received everything(recommender, nomineer and nominee personal info)…am so scared what does that mean pls pls help me guys</p>

<p>@ super2011 call them tomorrow! call the number 18776904677 and say that you are a recommender or nominator because those you dont have to type in a SS number. they will directly answer your phone. :)</p>

<p>I am from SoCal and I haven’t received anything yet but I do know of an African American who received their notification yesterday…i called and it said that a letter has been sent home and should arrive within 1-2 weeks :s</p>
