<li><p>Your high school transcript that must include grades from the first half of senior year.</p></li>
<li><p>A school profile - This is a document that is produced by schools, which contains standard data such as the number of students, school type, grading scale, etc. </p></li>
<li><p>The unweighted cumulative GPA form filled out by the guidance counselor.</p></li>
<li><p>A copy of any college acceptance letter. </p></li>
<li><p>FAFSA student aid report</p></li>
</ul>

<p>You can do either... but I plan on faxing as it means less of a chance of the United States Postal Service losing my stuff.</p>
