General amount of AP classes?

Dang, you guys make me look bad. xD

Sophomore year (current): AP World History
Junior year: AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, AP English Language, AP Chemistry, APUSH, with AP U.S. Government, AP Psychology, and AP English Literature self-studied.
Senior year: AP Biology, AP Spanish Language...um...I'm sort of pre-diagnosing my senioritis

Freshman: AP Art History
Sophomore: AP Calculus BC, AP Physics B, AP Spanish Language (Articulate colleges courses)

I don't want to think much about junior and senior courses at the moment, not until I hear from my state magnet at least.

Sophomore: AP Spanish Language

Junior: AP English Language, AP Calculus AB, AP Physics B, AP European History, AP Macroeconomics, AP French Language

Senior (tentative): AP English Literature, AP Calculus BC (our school combines BC with Multivariable Calc), AP Physics C, AP US History, AP Microeconomics, AP Chinese Language

Overall Courseload: 13 AP's + 4 honors courses. Not bad.

Depends on the school, my school only offered 7 when I attended

and I took 3 classes, I could've damn well taken 5-6 but they wouldn't let me.

10th: AP Bio, AP Euro
11th: AP Chem, AP USH, AP Psych

(Planned)
12th: AP Calc AB or BC, AP Stats, AP English Lit, AP Govt, AP Physics, AP Human or AP Environmental.

School offers four APs in all (Canadian school). I took two - Physics B and Calc AB.

10th (now)
- AP Calculus AB

11th (the form is in)
- AP Calculus BC
- AP Physics
- AP Economics
- AP Lang

12th (planned)
- AP Statistics
- AP Chemistry
- AP Lit
- AP US Government

A total of nine.

11th:
AP English Language
AP US History
AP Environ. Science

12th:
AP English Literature
AP Gov't/Politics
Perhaps AP Calc/Physics?

My school's lame. They don't offer AP's until junior year.

Sophomore:
Chemistry
Biology
European History

Junior:
Calculus BC
Statistics
English Language
Microeconomics
US History

Senior:
English Literature
Psychology
German
US Government

So 12 total. Had planned to take Physics and Environmental science senior year too but had a complicated schedule conflict.

In total, I'll take 6 classes (APUSH, AP Calc AB & BC, AP Euro, AP English Lit, AP Spanish) and 7 tests (+AP English Lang), which doesn't sound like much compared to most of you, but for my school it's actually a lot, as we can't take any until junior year and don't offer a lot of them.

Sophomore: World History

Junior: English Lang, Psychology, Spanish Lang, US History, self-study Human Geography and possibly European History

Senior (planned): Chem, English Lit, Environmental Science, Gov, Macroeco, Spanish Lit

13 total.

question...
what on earth is AP?
in ontario theres academic and applied for grade 9 &10, then university and college for 11 & 12.

Freshman: Human Geography

Sophomore (planned): Computer Science, World History

Junior (planned): English Lang, US History, French Lang, Physics

Senior (planned): English Lit, MacroEco, Gov, Calculus BC

So only 11. :D
But probably going to take 12 AP tests. :)
(Spanish Lang)

:D

AP - Advanced Placement. Essentially college-level classes that, at the end of the year, is ended with a test. This test determines your eligibility for college credit.

I take it it's our equivalent to your Academic/Applied/College/University?

thanks:)
so AP is similar to our University.
see University is "higher" post-education, whilst college is "lower"

and you have to take a test? isnt that like an exam?
we have to take an exam for every class.

^ If you guys have an International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, that's what AP is closest to. And yes, in order to receive credit for an AP course, you need to pass (and do rather well) on the end of the year, proctored and standardized, exam.

By the end of Hs I will have taken:

Around twenty. Seems like a lot but I am working super diligently. Trying to keep all options open.

By the end of High School I will have taken around 12ish depending on which classes they decide to offer next year. I've taken 7 so far.

It will help me get into my dream college because it shows that I don't mind hard work, although I only need around 5ish to get into the college.

@Principalviola, YDoYAlwaysBanMe: GODDAMN.
