Almost everyone applies in senior year.

Take them whenever you’re ready. Definitely take as many practice tests as you need before taking the real thing, as some universities will want you to show them all the SATs you took. If you’re not satisfied, you can take it again, but many people claim that taking it more than three times will be a disadvantage.

Georgetown is the only place that requires three subject tests. Are you good at world history, chemistry. or physics? I would suggest taking one of those if you are. Otherwise, you probably don’t need another. (I’m not familiar with international policies, so if anyone else knows, please correct this if needed.)

No Ivy requires 3 subject tests. You apply in your senior year.

You should take the SAT a few times (2-3) until you are satisfied with your score. If you’re really aiming for Ivies, about 2250+ would be a competitive score.

If you really aren’t good at French and English, then don’t take them. Subject tests are meant to show your strengths in certain subjects, so you should take them in the subjects you do best in. Math II and Biology E would be fine, if you don’t think you can score in a competitive range in any other subjects.
