General required courses for graduation

I'm aware that in order to graduate (from LSA), one must satisfy certain requirements that involve a certain number of credits in natural science, humanities, language, social studies, quanitative reasoning, etc.

Besides getting AP credit, would taking a class at a community college in the summer before enrolling at Michigan get me any credits? I think that the site mentioned it would not be easy getting credits for Quanitative reasoning, but what about science?

You can ask an advisor if credits will transfer even if it's not on the list. It's just that if your class in on the list, it's pretty much guaranteed to transfer.

Just great.......I'm horrible with foreign languages.
