I'm looking for a college (not top top schools) for engineering that gives financial aid to international students. All the colleges I look at say they dont' really have money for international students.
My gpa is 3.6
Sat CR550 M800
EC's: Senior Representative of student government and 4 years varsity soccer(now captain) and blah blah...
Which colleges should I look into if I want a safety/match??</p>

<p>The problem that you're encountering is that only the very top universities have the large endowments that allow them to be generous with internationals, who due to travel and not being able to work in this country, require much more financial aid than do U.S. citizens. </p>
<p>Most of the other colleges have difficulty being generous with even low income students who are U.S. citizens.</p>
<p>Consequently, in most cases the only international students who get generous financial aid are students who are so outstanding that they gain acceptance to places like HPYS.</p>
