<p>Which is a better school, if all costs were equal, just academically, especially as it pertains to getting into law school?</p>
<p>Syracuse is more diverse academically than Geneseo but they have about the same proportion of students above 1300 on the SATs. Syracuse would provide a much better experience I think. Syracuse has a law school and therefore perhaps better pre-law advising and opportunities.</p>
<p>The law school has little to do with the rest of Syracuse university, so I don't think it would make an appreciable difference for pre-law advising. Also, if you are a NY student, you can pay much less for Geneseo and go into law school in better shape.</p>
