<p>I think everyone got the e-mail, too, and I’m not really looking at it in terms of being admitted vs rejected. (I don’t really care at this point – I just want to know!) I’m just saying that GW hasn’t come out and said that everyone will find out at 6 pm tonight. All they’ve really said is that some people will be finding out tonight, at some point after 6 pm EST. </p>

<p>I’m sure everyone will find out soon enough (they can’t drag this out for too much longer, lol), but I don’t want to get my hopes up that I’ll be finding out in 2 and a half hours if it’ll actually be six days, you know?</p>

<p>I called GW IT asking if it would be possible to access banner web without being admitted in the University, they said only admitted students have access to it. Just because the 5 people who responded have access, doesn’t mean that every applicant has access. I find it hard to believe that they paid anyone money to sit there and load FAFSA paperwork and contact information into banner for people who they are planning on rejecting.
Note, I am not an applicant, I am a GW alum waiting for my friend to hear back. Good luck to all of you!</p>

<p>I just called GW and they said decisions will be posted at 4:30 and its just first round decisions lol…I don’t think this dude has a clue what he is talking about.</p>

<p>I also called GWIT and he only people who have access to Gweb are accepted students who applied for fa. All other accepted students have to mail their letter of intent and pay a deposit before they get access. Hope this helps.</p>

<p>already committed to virginia tech (first choice), but unless they give me enough money to not take out any loans, i’m not going. </p>

<p>i applied when i was a senior (rejected) and appealed (rejected), and i kind of knew i was going to get accepted as a transfer. but i’m more than livid and bitter about the school, so i might give up my spot. </p>

<p>Admitted! Yes! I kept telling myself that it doesn’t matter, that I would go to American, but I am so ridiculously excited! I’m off to GW (as long as fin. aid works out) in fall 2011!</p>

<p>i’m a geography major from MD/VA (divorced parents) but applied as a VA resident. i applied as a senior.</p>
