Ive tried for the past 2 weeks to contact them. I turned in my CSS months ago and they still havent received it and they constantly say its my fault when i legit cant resubmit it to them because I already submitted and paid to send it. I also emailed them my W-2 and they send an email saying that they never got it. On top of all that, they take 10 days to respond and they never pick up your phone calls. its seriously making me consider not wanting to go to GW.
I will say that the Financial Aide office is probably the worse Aspect of GW. Getting a hold of them is next to impossible, and I am sorry you are having this issue. But I do take offense that on this forum you used a curse word. I hope you have not used that language with any correspondence you have done.
