It still says “Whoops! User not found” for me.

so if it was mailed today what day would California receive the letter?

Most likely on Monday

Boston?

This just got real… To know that our decisions are out and on their way freaks me out.

Any idea when South Carolina would arrive?

connecticut?

I’m going slowly insane because I KNOW I have to wait until Monday. unless Georgetown forgets where I live again and sends it to my parents…I’m really hoping for this option because they live just outside of DC. I feel like I’ve said this already but that’s all that’s running through my head!

Do you guys know if it’s super unlikely to get accepted with only two SAT IIs??? Or is there still a pretty good chance? I live in the DC area so I’ll be getting mine tomorrow hopefully I’m so nervous =((

DC Area: Tomorrow or Saturday
Northeast: maybe Saturday
Everywhere else: Monday

Live in NJ so I’m really hoping I get mine by Saturday!! So beyond nervous!! Good luck to everyone!

Hi guys-

Current freshman at Georgetown here. I’m currently studying (read: procrastinating) for my final exams and remembering how I was in your place a year ago. I wanted to come back for a visit here on CC to wish you all the best of luck in your decisions!

A couple of notes:
-I was accepted EA with only 2 SAT IIs
-I live on the east coast and my acceptance later was dated 12/12 and came on 12/14
-The acceptance letter is in a small envelope
-You can get accepted here without being some sort of crazy robot (I can personally testify to some of my friends here who were unhooked w/ sub-2100 SATs)
-A lot of people who are deferred EA are accepted RD so don’t worry if you don’t get in this round!
-Please remember to keep college admissions in perspective–this crazy does end soon enough, I promise.

The Georgetown Admissions Ambassadors will call (hopefully all) accepted students Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights of next week so be ready to ask all about the Hilltop!

Good Luck and Hoya Saxa!

You are a wonderful person. Can I ask where you were living when you got the letter?

Why must I live all the way in wretched California? -_-

I feel your pain.

Just a quick note for all the nervous students like @byebyebirdy. Not only are these highly competitive colleges looking for students who will succeed, they are hoping to create a diverse community. Many, maybe even most of the applicants not chosen to attend are capable academically. Having read about the caliber of students on this thread I am confident that great things are in store for you all, regardless of any single college decision.

Will people start hearing today?

Does anyone have a guess as to when a letter from Georgetown would reach Wisconsin?
