Georgetown Professor's Report for Transfers

My prospective major is business, but I got my economics professor from last semester to fill out my Georgetown Professor’s Report. This is largely because you have to apply to get into my current school’s business school, and there was only one class I could’ve taken last semester in the business department without applying (it filled up quickly before I registered). Will this be held against me (since they prefer a professor who teaches your desired major), or will they understand, since I’m a freshman?

I don’t have much knowledge of the transfer but I think if you mention that in your application and/or ask the admissions office to add a note stating that to your file it shouldn’t be a problem.
