Hi!
At this point, I want to focus on a global issue in my area of expertise (Brazil). I am NOT sure though if this is a proper approach–whether or not I should instead approach the issue from a global standpoint, proposing a very general solution, or whether I can showcase my passion in offering a solution tailored to, in this case, Brazil.
Any input is appreciated, especially those of you who have been accepted (or even not, for examples of what to avoid)!

I’m guessing that at the end of the day, “global” is intentionally broad so that you can write about something you are knowledgeable and passionate about, in relation to foreign affairs.
