what about junior transfers (class of 2023)? does Georgetown have a preference for either sophomore or junior transfers or is it equal for both?
I would think it would depend on the year. You could argue a sophomores this just because of all the gap years taken last admission cycle. On the other hand, (entering) junior year is when most students transfer. Anyone have any other thoughts?

I just received an acceptance as a transfer to SFS. Please stay hopeful and optimistic everyone, I am coming in with close to 90 transfer credits while Georgetown can only take 60. There’s a chance I may decide to enroll elsewhere and my spot could open up. There may be others in my boat too.

congrats to everyone who got in so far! quick question, did any of you who received a decision apply to MSB? because that’s where i applied, and i still don’t have a decision yet. one more question, did you guys get emails saying that your decision was ready or did you just open your portals and find the decision there?

I’m quite sure that I got in though. Even though I haven’t opened my decision, there is a " “Enrollment Agreement Form Transfer Fall 2021” form under the view decision tab.
