My assumption is that they’re probably doing waves. A lot of people have not received decisions yet! 2020 was in waves for sure.
Did anyone get rejected today? Or only acceptances?
Based on this thread, only acceptances.
Where did you guys find the numbers for how many transfers GT would be accepting?
Got accepted at 2:15 for English!!! 50 spots out of /2600 ah congrats to everyone else who got in!!!
2600 transfers?!
Oh nvm, disregard my last message.
So 50 transfer spots
That’s super low…
Is the 50 across all the colleges or just for CAS?
I haven’t gotten my decision yet, starting to get nervous
same here, i applied to msb and i haven’t heard back yet. i’m super nervous!!
GU does it in waves. Usually the first couple of waves are acceptances and then rejections go out later in May/June.
Applied for MSB, nothing yet.
MSB typically comes out a few weeks after the first decisions r released for the other colleges based on threads from past years
Congrats to everyone accepted and sending good vibes to those like me who still don’t know! It will all work out in the end
Still haven’t heard back … I applied to MSB. That being said, so happy for those who got in! It sounds like it was super competitive this year so great job! Those who didn’t get in/didn’t hear back yet, it’s no big deal, you can still do great things in life and college isn’t everything!
Hi everyone, so as promised I am gonna post my stats since I just opened my letter and am officially accepted! According to the letter, only 50 applicants were accepted out of 2600 transfer applications and I am so grateful to be a part of this small percentage. Thank you, Georgetown!!
College GPA: 4.0 from a T30
ACT: 35
Major: Government at Georgetown College
Please contact me privately if you want to know anything else! I wish you all the best of luck in the coming weeks.
Me, applying to the college, not getting anything today: (congrats to everyone who got in today btw! Really excited for u!)
Wow, that’s an extremely low acceptance rate…why is it that the year I apply, it’s at all-time lows?
those are great stats! just wondering, are you a sophomore transfer or a junior transfer?
Sophomore!
