Georgetown vs Upenn (based solely on social life)

Which one would it be?
Pick based on the environment, the town, the people.
Exclude Academics.

Penn by far. A lot of kids I know go to both schools and they are generally much happier at Penn. The quality of life, atmosphere and students are top notch. Georgetown is more rigid, while Penn incorporates more of a "play hard" attitude. The neighborhood is a little grimier at Penn, but if you've been there lately you have probably seen how the school is buying adjacent properties and redeveloping them to extend the campus community to the surrounding areas. Unlike Georgetown, Penn's West Philly setting actually keeps kids ON campus most of the time, which only adds to the sense of community. Georgetown is definitely colder and less campus oriented. Penn is very different in that regard.
