Is Georgetown or Wake better for pre-med, Languages (especially Japanese), and Economics? I know it's a wide range, but that's what I'm interested now.

Disclaimer: I’m just some rando high schooler.
I would think Georgetown has the edge for economics, they put a lot of people in academia and in Wall St.

Georgetown

“Pre-med” is all about you and not so much the school, ie grades, ECs, and MCATs. Don’t get me wrong, having GU or WF on your diploma may help, but med schools are going to be looking at your studies, scores, and ECs first. With that said, GU has an excellent foreign language and economics department.

Disclaimer, I don’t know much about WF.

How about for pre-med support? Like advising and everything.

I don’t recall GU having a pre-med program… a lot of “top-flight” universities don’t have a pre-med program since it’s just a bunch of core science courses to help you sit for the MCAT and gain a foundation for further studies in med school.

GU may have a pre-med club, but I don’t think there are pre-med advisers. However, that’s not to say the department advisers/counselors will not help direct your studies as long as you’re on course to complete your degree.
