georgia tech / oxford / usc/ imperial for a masters in computer science

<p>I have the opportunity to join any of these 4 universities for a masters of computer science. can anybody help me out with which one I should be choosing i am kind of inclined towards georgia tech but i hear that there are some safety issues on campus. please advise anyone??</p>

<p>On campus is very safe. Off campus is not.</p>
