getting defered from ED and then applying EDII

<p>is this allowed? I just got defered from WUSTL and am wondering if I'm allowed to apply to Emory EDII. I called an adcom and she had no idea and said that she'd email me. but i want to know now. haha.</p>

<p>Yes, you can do this. When a school defers you, you are released from ED at that school.</p>

<p>My older son did exactly this four years ago. He was accepted at his EDII school and loves it.</p>
