Getting Dual Enrollment CAS/Newhouse at Syracuse University

Hello everyone! I received an offer for Biotechnology at CAS, with the intent of dual enrollment in both Biotechnology at the School of Arts and Sciences and Broadcast and Digital Journalism at Newhouse.

Given the fact that my first choice for dual enrollment in CAS and Newhouse was rejected, what are the conditions for getting the dual enrollment that I intend to pursue? Is it difficult in any way? Thanks!

Your sophomore year you can apply for Newhouse. Your freshman year, however, you’ll want to take COM 107 in the spring. Talk to your CAS advisor and go to Newhouse and speak to them about the application process.
