Getting into a competitive college

Ok so I'm a junior and I'm about to become a senior and I'm really starting to freak out about college admissions. Please give me advice and give it to me straight. So I'm a junior in Florida, I've taken AP euro (got a 4) and I took the AP Spanish Lang test (got a 5) last year and this year I'm taking AP physics C, AP calculus AB, AP Spanish Lit, and APUSH. Im gonna take AP Bio, AP calc BC, AP gov, AP English lit, and AP Chem next year. I have all As and Bs in my classes and I got a 2020 on my SAT and a 32 on my ACT. I'm planning on retaking both and shooting for above 2100 and a 33. I'm attending a summer program at Columbia university this summer and Im planning on majoring in biology and going on to a Ph.D in molecular bio later on. I have a 640 on my sat lit test(which I'm not gonna submit), a 620 on my math part 1 (which I'm not gonna submit), an 800 in Spanish, and a 740 in world history. My dream college is stanford university but I'm realistic so I'm shooting for at least UC Berkely, San diego, or LA. If not then u Michigan, or u Washington. I'd really like johns Hopkins too. I'm in my schools debate team, I've played soccer for two years in my high school and I will have clocked in about 100 hours of community service by the end of the year. I'm in a bunch of honor societies and I'm in a couple of clubs. Please tell me, do I have any chance???!!!

What’s your rank and GPA. Can you afford to be full pay at all of these schools?
