I am currently a sophomore at Mizzou in Columbia, MO. I know that I have two years, and hopefully some job offers ahead of me...but I would just like to start early and prepare my resume to get me into a nice MBA program. As of right now my Resume looks like this:

3.4 GPA
2 Years work experience (including student supervisor) at TWO different jobs.
I hold three "leadership positions" and also have 2 International top 10 awards for BOTH Delta Epsilon Chi and also Collegiate DECA.
I am apart of my university's student council and also participate in at LEAST 5 hours of volunteer work per week.
Upon graduation, I will be the first person ever to graduate from college in my family (neither of my parents even finished high school). Also I am considered a very "underprivileged" student and receive numerous grants and scholarships.
I have studied abroad (if that matters to them).
I can speak another language (German) fluently.
So let's say my GPA stays the same (or maybe goes up to their average of 3.5) I finish my college career continuing to work at both jobs (giving me 4 years work experience at two different places each), I continue to rise in rank in my clubs and student council...

What else can I do to make my resume more attractive other than a pretty decent score on the GMAT?

Do note that the average age of a first year MBA student is around 27 (don’t quote me on that, but it’s around there). They really do look for significant work experience. I know little about the MBA admissions, but I’d assume for a high ranking school like Olin, if you want to get accepted after undergrad you’d need something that wow’d them, which I don’t think you have. Your best bet would be get another 2-3 years of work experience after you graduate, and apply then.

Like I said, though, I am still a sophomore. I have two years to add to my resume. I mean, what would it take?
I am required to have an internship completed before I graduate, so I could add that…but what else?

Student body president?
President of all 3 clubs?
A very nice GMAT score (690+)
Also, as far as the track I am on now and how my job works…I am slated to be student manager second semester of my junior year…so I will have a year and a half of management under my belt as well.
Would volunteer work also be a nice addition?
Any tips (other than finding a job first then stopping to go back to school which I really do not like the idea of…)
