Getting into the McCombs school of business at UT as a freshman?

Hello, I am a senior at a 4A public highschool in Texas. I desperately want to get into the McCombs school of business. I was homeschooled my freshman and sophomore years of highschool, and started public school as a junior.
Stats: I am the Valedictorian (1/159) of my class, I have a 4.7 GPA, and 4.0 college GPA, great extracurriculars, good amount of work hours, I have solid essays and 4 letters of recommendation. My only weakness is that I scored a 29 on my ACT (pneumonia was not good for my test taking skills). I come from a single parent home and I have extreme financial need. Due to all of these facts I feel like there is no way I won't get admitted, but I am still nervous. What do you guys think??

Take your question over to the What Are My Chances? forum, OP. They’ll be able to help you.

Thank you!!

good luck.

Your post is fine here lol. I don’t know why he said that. I barely got any responses on what are my chances so I came here instead for help. Honestly, if you’re valedictorian in state you can bet on your getting in. What were your subscores by the way?

I haven’t gotten any yet
Awesome! They were (31 math, 31 reading, 28 writing, 25 science)

Hi! So I basically had the exact same stats as you last year and I was accepted into McCombs! Best of luck! Hopefully your hard work will pay off! (:

Awesome! Thank you, I really really hope so.
