Getting into UVA and UNC Chapel Hill

I was wondering if anyone could let me know my chances of getting into UVA and UNC Chapel Hill?
I am about to go into my senior year of High School and so far my grades have been pretty good, with the exception of some minor problems during my freshman year. Here is a small profile/transcript.
Weighted GPA: 4.0+
unweighted GPA: 3.75
Class Rank: Top 10%
9 AP Classes: US History, World History, English Lang., English Lit., Biology, Statistics, Psychology, Human Geography, and Environmental Science.
Honors classes taken whenever available.
Current SAT score: 1800 but I plan on taking it one more time.
Extra Curricular Activities:
Vice President of Interact (volunteering group)
Editor-In-Chief of school newspaper (junior year)
National Honors Society
SGA Secretary of Class (sophomore year) and SGA delegate
Participant in a debate/socratic seminar several times a year

Grades on average have been almost all "A's" with some occasional "B's". Freshman year I had two high "C's" one in Government and one in French.
I will also have a variety of very good recommendations from teachers because I have become very close to most of them and to my guidance counselor.

I want to be a doctor so I am looking to major in some sort of science and take the "Pre Med" courses in college.

What do you think about my chances?

What state are you in? Those 2 schools are extremely competitive for OOS applicants.
