Hey I’m a junior at a Virginia high school and was wondering if anyone could offer me so some advice in regards to getting into Virginia tech. It’s my top choice school, it’s the only place I want to got to. I want to major in political science
My gpa is a 3.85
My sat is on the low side tho with an1130, I am taking it again and trying to raise it though
I’m a member of key club, I run cross country and I’m a team captain with 3 varsity letters, and I’m in the national history honor society…was wondering if anyone knew my chances of being accepted or could offer some insight on how to help my chances? Thanks 
@alli123421 Your GPA is sound…I would re-take the SAT and shoot for over 1200. If you know it is your top choice and you would commit I would apply early decision. Regardless, complete all 3 essays…I think you will have a decent shot! Best of luck:)
