<p>You do not submit your transcript; your school counselor does. Your teachers will also likely submit their respective evaluations themselves.</p>

<p>If we’re talking physical address, go to the “My Colleges” page on the Common App. Once there, click on “View College Details.” The address listed is where you want the recommendations to be sent (the admission office).</p>

<p>There is. Click on “School Forms,” select a college, and then click “Invite.” Once there, fill out all the necessary information for the teacher, and include the teacher’s email address as well. If you enter an email address, an email will be sent to your teacher with the following information:</p>
